Roads and Transport Authority – Manal Khaled: The Rail Agency at Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) updated the hyperlink of rail regulation laws & infrastructure regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. This step come as part the Agency’s endeavors to raise the standard of services and technologies used to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Adnan Al Hammadi, CEO of Rail Agency said, “The Rail Agency is keen on forming work teams comprising the most efficient cadres to uplift performance to the best global standards that echo RTA’s drive in providing the best online services to save customers’ time and effort when processing transactions, as well as providing a hassle-free, easy and instant access to all required information.
In a related context, Al Hammadi pointed to the contents of the updated hyperlink, included the second edition of Procedural and Guiding Rules as to how to protect infrastructure, in addition to all laws and regulations pertaining the regulation of railways in the Emirate of Dubai, in a bid to elucidate the vision to concerned parties of the whole public in general, and contractors & developers in particular, along with applicants for NOC at RTA’s Rail Right of Way Office, required before embarking upon any project or work to avoid offences, fines or any legal actions, pursuant to Law No. 5/2009, regarding the regulation of railways in the Emirate of Dubai.
Al Hammadi called on all those concerned, be it contractors, developers or others, to review all information in the website to keep abreast of all related matters, and the new procedures that will provide them with all information they need before the implementation process.
