A delegation from the Department of Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities in Dubai praised the Development & Corporate Performance model of the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) through which the RTA has gone far & wide in leveraging the performance & corporate development across all sectors & agencies, as reflected on the package of advanced services delivered to all segments of the community.
A statement to this effect was made during a visit made by the delegation to the RTA where they were received by Khalaf Abdul Qadir Khalaf, Acting Director of Development & Corporate Performance, RTA Strategy & Corporate Governance Sector, and a host of employees of the Department. The visiting delegation comprised of Ahmed Khalifa Al Falasi, Director of Corporate Excellence, and several officials of the Department.
“The RTA always stands ready to receive visiting delegations from government & semi-government entities for exchanging views and briefing them on the highest world-class standards adopted by the RTA in all fields. The overall objective of such visits is to improve the performance, hone skills, and boost the expertise of both parties; which in turn would contribute to uplifting the caliber of services rendered to clientele,” he continued.
Khalaf expressed his delight with the visit and underscored the importance of boosting the partnership & continuous cooperation with the public & semi-public entities in the UAE as well as private firms as such a partnership would have huge bearing on uplifting excellence & quality at all fronts.
For his part Ahmed Khalifa Al Falasi, Director of Corporate Excellence, spoke on behalf of all employees of the Department of Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities in Dubai, and thanked the Development & Corporate Performance Dep’t at RTA Strategy & Corporate Governance Sector. He also commended RTA efforts in shaping the future of Dubai and contributing to the prosperity of the UAE with the aim of raising the profile of the Emirate at the global level.
