The Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi has announced today the launch of the new website, www.dot.abudhabi.ae in Arabic and English, designed to enhance the Department’s official online presence. Featuring the latest in information technology, the site acts as a communications link for the public, characterized by efficient and user-friendly access to all of DoT’s information and services.
On the architecture level, the new website features an enhanced layout design that allows a smooth and interactive browsing experience, which reflects web users’ expectations today. As for the content, the pages of main topics have been updated while new pages comprise even more information such as sections and pages on “Public Transport” and “Abu Dhabi Roads”.
Also, visitors can easily view essential information about DoT’s main Sectors (Aviation, Maritime, and Land Transport) and their Divisions, highlighting how they function in terms of supporting and developing the transport sector of the Emirate in line with the Department of Transport’s objectives, also published on the new website.
Regulations, legislation and various activities have also been added, including customers’ “Complaints Handling Policy”; an FAQ section, and information on the Department’s efforts to achieve an integrated and sustainable world-class transport system. More info
