Taking the bus in Discovery Gardens, Jebel Ali Village and Gardens can now win you discount vouchers to a spa or to shop at a supermarket in the area.
The community initiative has been launched by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to promote the use of public transport for the 60,000 odd residents living in these three communities.
The ‘Take the Bus… Get Rewarded’ initiative was launched last week and is valid till November 30.
“Every time you take the RTA bus to travel around in the neighbourhood, you will receive a scratch card that could win you supermarket, dining and spa discounts,” according to an RTA booklet distributed in the communities. More info
