Dubai: All roads around Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) will be closed from 5pm to 7pm on Tuesday to make way for the inauguration of the Dubai Tram, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai will inaugurate the phase one of Dubai Tram on Tuesday.
The 10.6km network snakes through Al Sufouh, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence, while also serving Dubai Media City, Knowledge Village and Palm Jumeirah. More info
