Dubai is famous for its extravagant New Year’s Eve fireworks, parties and celebrations.
Therefore it is no surprise that the city has been named the number one location to ring in 2016 by a new global study.
According to a poll carried out by Kayak.com, the city beat the likes of Chicago, Barcelona, Tokyo and Rio de Janeiro.
The top 10 doesn’t feature the likes of New York City, Sydney or London, which are big favourites around the globe. However, it must be noted that the survey is based on trending searches for flights. More info
