DHL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA) with the aim of boosting operational performance for both companies through exchanging vital information and best practice.
The MoU was signed by Frank-Uwe Ungerer, country manager for DHL Express in the UAE, and Nassir El Madany, assistant director general of DAFZA during a meeting held this week at DAFZA’s headquarters.
“As a leader in the region’s logistics industry, we place a strong emphasis on best practice and we are excited to share our expertise with DAFZA,” said Ungerer. “Our partnership is part of our ongoing commitment to developing our business and the business community around us, ensuring Dubai continues to be seen as a prime destination for trade between the East and West.” More info
