The Dubai Taxi Corporation, DTC, at the Roads and Transport Authority, have honoured 155 distinguished taxi drivers during the first quarter of this year under the Drivers’ Performance Management System in recognition of their excellent performance and dedication to offering distinguished services to clients.
The award ceremony was held at the Leaders’ Preparation Centre in Dubai in the presence of Ahmed Khalfan Al Suwaidi, CEO of the Dubai Taxi Corporation.
Marwan Othman, Acting Director of Fleet Drivers Affairs at the Dubai Taxi Corporation, said: “The DTC assigns top attention to around 9,000 cabbies hailing from about 35 nationalities. Dh2 million had been set aside as rewards for taxi drivers under the Drivers’ Performance Management System.” More info
