Work will soon gather pace on Legoland Dubai, Bollywood Parks Dubai and motiongate Dubai – the three theme parks – that are all set to open in October 2016.
On September 16, 2015, officials of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the developer of the theme park destination, unveiled details of the new ‘Hotel Transylvania’ attraction at a press conference.
During the event, the first look of the various theme parks and their rides and attractions were revealed as well.
Speaking to ‘Emirates24|7’, company’s Chief Destination Management Officer Vinit Shah said currently over 11,000 workers are on the site with the numbers set to increase following the end of the mid-day break rule.
He disclosed that the ground infrastructure was complete with works on the sub-station and district cooling plant ongoing and expected to be completed by early 2016.
Besides, a road network connecting the park with Abu Dhabi will be finished by August 2016.
