Abdul Gafoor Kunnathakath’s dream of owning a brand new car came true yesterday evening when his ticket number 0735 in Series no.1681 was picked as lucky winner of an Audi Q7 3.0 (Florett Silver Metallic) in the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Surprise Draw after the awarding ceremony of the Men’s final.
The winning ticket was drawn by the Spanish player and champion of the tournament, Roberto Bautista Agut, who claimed his first Dubai title.
Kunnathakath, a 51-year-old Indian national based in Dubai is a regular participant to Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise and Millennium Millionaire promotions purchased his ticket online. Working for DEWA and has been a resident of Dubai for more than 30 years couldn’t contain his excitement when received an early call from Dubai Duty Free.
