Eataly is one of the franchises we’ve been dying to see hit Dubai so we’re thrilled it’s finally opened doors.
The whole concept for the brand is that top quality, sustainable ingredients should be accessible to everyone so you can expect to find great artisanal products from fresh pasta to handmade ice cream.
The founders are passionate about creating more food awareness among consumers so they know where their food comes from and how it gets from the farm to you. It’s also about eating well for good health and this is in line with the Slow Food Italy which is a non-profit organisation focused on the promotion of biodiversity and food education.
Slow Food has recently established itself in Dubai which is the first chapter in the Middle East. We love the Eataly concept and hope to see more restaurants with both delicious food and great values open in the UAE. More info
