Sharjah’s first ‘Solar Street Light’ project, covering some 20km stretch of roads, has been successfully commissioned as part of Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority’s green energy drive.
The project undertaken by Biz Tech International, a division of Paradigm Pioneers Group, has lightened up streets across Al Sajaa Industrial Area, Al Barashi, Al Zubair, Bateah, Maliha Road and Al Mahathab of Sharjah.
The commissioning of the pioneering green street project, featuring 600 poles installed with 1200 solar panels, follows the successful installation of solar panels at SEWA head office by Biz Tech International.
Tariq, who had initiated several energy-efficient projects as part of his group’s mission to provide sustainable solutions, said the entire installation work was completed in six months. More info
