Members of Dubai’s royal family appeared to go largely unnoticed as they used the city’s iconic London Underground to travel around the UK capital.
Pictures of Sheikh Mohammed, Ruler of Dubai, and his son, Sheik Hamdan, Crown Prince of Dubai, showing them riding the London Underground were posted on Twitter and Instagram late on Monday.
A video of the journey showed the royal family members using the Central Line arriving at Mile End Station in the city, close to the River Thames.
The London Underground is used by millions of people every single day and it can now add the Crown Prince and his father, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to that list.
Made up of 250 miles of train tracks and spread right across Greater London, it is the 11th largest public transport network in the world. More info
