The project, initially announced last year as a Dhs1.3 billion development featuring three Starwood hotels – W, Westin and St Regis – will now also include three residential blocks. The residential towers will comprise 1,460 luxury apartments and 11 penthouses, including two VIP penthouses over a four-storey podium.
