Oversupply continues to erode values
International City and Discovery Gardens continue to beDubai metroar the burden of steep drops in property values brought on by fresh supply entering the market. According to Cluttons, the value of units in the two locations fell by 8.9 per cent in the first three months of the year from the same period in 2010.
