RTA partners with Network International to roll out Taxi Fare Pay...
The Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (RTA) announced today the signing of a partnership with Network International, the leading payment solutions provider in the Middle East, to enable passengers travelling by RTA taxis to pay their fares via Nol, Debit and Credit cards.
RTA introduces smart device to enhance customers service experience
Commenting on the new device, Ahmed Mahboob, Director of Customers Service at RTA said, “The self-service kiosks are smart devices that enable customers to process various transactions themselves, thus obviating the need to visit the service centers, and accordingly save their time and effort.”
