HE Mattar Al Tayer, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), revealed that the Dubai Metro has triggered a rise in the value of properties situated within a 1.5 km radius of metro stations on both the Red and Green Lines by a rate ranging from 13% to as much as 41%.
