Dubai Hills Estate, a mega development by Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding within Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR) City, will house 26,400 residential units and will have its own rail line connecting to the emirate’s two international airports.

Abu Dhabi has suspended the tendering process for the Stage two of the Etihad Rail project after assessing strategic priorities.
