RTA launches Dubai Youth for Public Transport initiative
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is launching the Dubai Youth for Public Transport (Dubai Y4PT) initiative with the aim of encouraging the use of public transport means through rolling out innovative edutainment activities that contribute to sustainability, raise the quality of life in Dubai Emirate, and uplift the profile of Dubai’s youth amongst cosmopolitan cities worldwide in supporting the infrastructure and public transport sector.
RTA takes part in 60th UITP Congress and Exhibition in Switzerland
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will be taking part in the 60th Congress & Exhibition of the International Public Transport Association (UITP) to be held in Switzerland from 26 to 30 May 2013.
