Dubai Commuters are sneaking fish on board Dubai Metro despite fines, XPRESS has learnt. Tactics include putting fish in airtight bags to keep in the smell and concealing the package in handbags, backpacks and oversized money belts that go around the waist.
Mohammed to inaugurate Dubai Metro Green Line on 9/9/2011
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will launch on September 9, 2011, the official operation of the Dubai Metro Green Line; which stretches 23 km and comprises 18 stations in addition to the two transfer stations; Union and Khalid bin Al Waleed Stations shared with the Red Line.
