Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority RTA, revealed that the number of riders using public transport Dubai Metro, public buses, marine transit modes and taxis in the first half of this year topped 262.569 million riders, compared to about 165,527,687 riders during the same period last year.
