Rocky wins bid to lease out Metro retail outlets
Rocky Real Estate has won the leasing rights for retail units in the Dubai Metro and is now looking for tenants. Across Dubai Metro stations there are 116 shops on the Red Line and 79 shops on the Green Line of which a substantial number have been leased.
