The Traffic & Roads Agency, Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), has recently bagged the Gulf Traffic Safety Award 2013 in the Roads Safety Achievement Category in recognition of its project entitled: Work Plan of Pedestrians & Mobility Safety in Dubai.

The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) announces that completion rate has reached as much as 96 per cent in Rashid Hospital Tunnels Project; which comprises the construction of roads and two tunnels to serve the traffic inbound from Tariq bin Ziyad Road and Umm Hurair Road in the direction of the intersection of Riyadh Road and the extension of the Floating Bridge.
