438 reports of damage to property filed via RTA app
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) received 438 emergency reports of damage to public property from the public via the ‘Madinati’ smart app. The app, which was launched in March 2013, is a tool for the public to report potential hazards to the RTA by sending images from their smart phones.
