DUBAI: The Public Transport Agency has called upon all owners of taxi plate numbers in the emirate of Dubai to update their personal data with regard to their ownership of these numbers at the Agency’s Franchise and Monitoring Department at Al Muhaisna Area (4) as soon as possible.
Tariq Al Ghaith, director of the Agency’s Franchise and Monitoring Department at RTA’s Public Transport Agency, said owners of taxi plate numbers or their authorised representatives could update their information through two easy ways.
This could be done either by sending their data via fax number (04-2907699) or by visiting the Customer Service Centre at the Authority’s old building at Umm Ramool area in the emirate of Dubai where they could deposit duly filled application forms in boxes kept for the purpose.
Alternatively, he added, enquiries could be addressed to the Authority at its toll-free number (8009090). More info
