At the Dubai Mall, Tim Hortons celebrated the opening of its 10th Cafe and Bake Shop in the UAE, June 18th, 2012, from its initial opening of five locations back in December 2011.
David F. Clanachan – Tim Hortons Chief Operations Officer, United States and International announced the official opening by pouring the first cup of coffee, in presence of Nilesh Ved Chairman – Apparel Group. Tim Hortons lovers from around the Emirates and tourists present enjoyed the delicious treats while the drums of Canadian bands tolled the opening around The Dubai Mall.
“We are very happy with the warm welcome we have received from the residents of the UAE and we are thrilled to now be able to offer them their Tim Hortons favourites in The Dubai Mall”, said David F. Clanachan.
