Cloudy weather and blowing dust is affecting the visibility on Dubai roads.
Adding to that, light to moderate rainfall has been reported in various parts of the UAE today.
Videos of rain in the emirates of Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain were shared on social media. Cloudy weather continues to persist across the country.
The NCM shared notification about moderate rainfall in other parts of UAE as well.

Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain and Umm Al Quwain saw light showers early this morning.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said there will be cloudy skies on Friday and Saturday, with rain expected over the northern emirates and in the west over the weekend.
“The amount of clouds will increase over scattered areas of the country, with a chance of light rain mainly over western coasts, islands and some of the eastern area,”NCMsaid.
There will be moderate to fresh winds at times, especially over the sea and exposed areas causing blowing dust at times. The relative humidity is likely to increase by night and early morning over some coastal areas.
