The move is in line with Shaikh Mohammad’s keenness to provide modern homes for citizens, enabling them to achieve a decent, stable and prosperous life, according to his vision of placing human happiness and content at the foremost targets of development.

Sami Abdullah Gargash, CEO of the Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, stressed the establishment’s keenness on speeding the implementation of Shaikh Mohammad’s orders in completing housing construction projects.

This, he said, contributes significantly to the provision of adequate and appropriate housing.

Gargash added that this keenness is not strange to Shaikh Mohammad as he is always generous with his awards to UAE nationals.

He also clarified that the project is part of the replacement project for old residential areas adopted by the establishment in Mushrif, Jumairah, Al Khawaneej, and Al Qouz to maintain the social fabric and the stability of residents in their original areas. More info
