Eisa Al Deesi, Director of RTA Assets Management, along with representatives of the Human Resources & Development Department, received the delegation and stressed the importance of communicating with various community organizations particularly the strategic partners who are part of the core ingredients of success & excellence. He explained that the purpose of the visit was to acquaint the delegation with RTA’s Nursery which is dedicated to the welfare and care of the children of RTA employees during the working hours.

The delegation visited the Nursery where a visual presentation was made to brief them about the work flow, activities, syllabus and procedures applied by those overseeing the Nursery with a view to providing the highest standards of safety & comfort for children. Discussions also covered the fitting of the Nursery in a way compatible with the activities that aim at imparting all the required skills in the children to groom them for the Primary Education Phase.

The presentation highlighted the role of the Nursery in taking part in various communal & private  events besides educating kids on different learning methods such learning on sand, learning cycling, playing with water, art, and the mini world, which contribute to promoting the intellectual, creative and linguistic skills of children.

Emphasis was made on the policy adopted by the Nursery from the moment the child is enrolled and a preview was made for the general policy and rules set for mothers to ensure the security and safety of children. The delegation was also introduced afterwards to RTA Gym; which is fitted with modern equipment that meet the needs of employees.

At the end of the visit, the delegation praised the positive spirit of the RTA in extending continuous cooperation with its strategic partners; which have a great bearing on offering opportunities for various other entities to share a wide range of knowledge & expertise, and examine the best procedures in place in the drive to achieve excellence and improve the business conduct.
