Limitless is set to restart construction of its first residential tower at The Galleries, with 323 units for lease at the company’s flagship project in Dubai, the developer announced today.
The Galleries at Downtown Jebel Ali already comprises four completed, fully operational commercial buildings, occupied by scores of global and local companies. Now, under an agreement with sister company Nakheel, Limitless will restart work on the first apartment building.
Ibrahim Al Fardan, Managing Director of Limitless, said: “The Galleries is already an established, thriving business community, and we are seeing more and more demand for residential accommodation there, too. Its location, setting, transport links and increasing number of retail outlets make it the ideal base for people who need easy access to both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and for companies based at The Galleries or in surrounding areas who need accommodation for staff.”
The Galleries is an hour by car from Abu Dhabi and directly accessed from Sheikh Zayed Road or via the Jebel Ali Metro Station, linked to the complex by a shaded walkway. Set in shaded, landscaped grounds spanning 20,000 square metres – the size of three international football pitches – The Galleries is also home to a growing number of retailers, including banks, cafes and restaurants and a convenience store, with more on the way.
