This has recently been stated during a ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing between RTA’s Public Transport Agency and Kleindienst Group, the developer of “The Heart of Europe Islands,” at the Agency Headquarter in Dubai.
For the RTA, the Agreement was signed by Dr. Yousef Al Ali, CEO of Public Transport Agency and for the Group Mr. Josef Kleindienst, CEO of the Kleindienst Group in the presence of several directors and managers from both parties.
Dr. Yousef Al Ali reiterated RTA’s serious endeavors to open up cooperative channels and establish a long-term public private partnership (PPP), especially with tourist operators in the UAE through launching joint ventures and reciprocal activities in the field of marine transportation in Dubai with a view to boosting tourism in the Emirate and keeping abreast of the global progress afoot in this field.
“The objectives of signing this Agreement revolve around achieving mutual benefits through outlining the framework of the partnership relationships between both parties,” said Al Ali.
“We, at Public Transport Agency, are always keen on improving the performance & efficiency of our marine transit modes including the Water Bus, Water Taxi and Dubai Ferry services, engaging in new investment prospects in commercial marine transport services, cooperating in the fields of advertising & marketing to promote our marine transit modes through profiling the Water Bus, Water Taxi and Ferry Dubai in the Kleindienst Group’s media channels,” he added.
The CEO of Public Transport Agency reaffirmed RTA’s commitment to deliver world class services to the public from all social segments including the daily public transportation commuters, tourists and visitors flocking into Dubai from different parts of the world particularly during the high season of organizing the conferences and exhibitions representing different sectors and industries.
For his part, Mr. Josef Kleindienst, CEO of Kleindienst Group expressed his satisfaction and pleasure to join forces with RTA’s Public Transport Agency and jointly deliver marine transportation services to tourists and visitors of their prospective landmark “The Heart of Europe Islands” tourist venture.
“We definitely get along with RTA’s strong customer oriented initiatives and plans to delivering the world’s best services in tourism and public transportation sectors and enhance Dubai’s internationally reputed position as an economic and servicing center,” said Mr. Kleindienst.
