Fire at construction site near Dubai Mall

Fire broke out at a construction site in Downtown Dubai today early afternoon, and was brought under control shortly afterwards. No one was injured. 

According to a Khaleej Times reader on Facebook, the fire broke out at around 12.15 pm close to Dubai Mall.

Fire engines rushed to the spot immediately and put the fire out, the reader further informed.
