There will also be thousands of extra parking spots available at various venues throughout the night, with 8,000 in Meydan alone. Dubai World Trade Centre, Zabeel Park and Al Jafiliya Eid prayer grounds will also offer spaces and there will be free shuttle buses and facilities for those with special needs.
Dubai Police chief Maj Gen Khamis Al Muzaina reminded the public to avoid driving to areas where major events are being held to avoid congestion.
