Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum visited Gitex Tech Week, which kicked-off today at Dubai World Trade Center.
His Highness toured the exhibition and was briefed on the world’s latest technologies that were showcased by the biggest technology companies.
Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by Director- General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai, H.E. Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Major General Talal Hamid Belhoul AlFalasi, and Helal Saeed Almarri is the Director General of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
More than 4000 companies from around 71 states around the world met at the Gitex, where amazing technological prospects were discussed. Robotics and artificial intelligence and the Internet promise smarter cities and make life much easier. More info
