Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority on Monday announced the launch of a new shuttle service from Dubai International Airport to Ras Al Khaimah.
The service, from both terminals 1 and 3, will help improve connectivity between the two emirates and make transportation easier for residents of the northern emirate.
The move comes in support of Ras Al Khaimah’s aim to attract one million visitors by the end of 2018. It will also aid tour operators from key international source markets bringing holidaymakers to the destination to experience the 64km of stunning beaches, Arabian culture and adventure sports activities on Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest mountain.
The shuttle service can be booked online at www.rakshuttle.com and will take customers from Dubai airport, terminals 1 and 3, and drop them at all the main hotels in Ras Al Khaimah for an inaugural offer of Dh20 one way. Wi-Fi, water bottles and maps will be available on board. More
