Tameer completes superstructure on Dubai tower

Tameer Holding, a leading property developer in the Middle East, has completed the superstructure on its 91 storey Elite Residence project in Dubai Marina. The superstructure rises to a height of 355 meters with the tower set to reach a final height of 381 meters.

Superstructure on Dubai towerThe AED 1.7 billion project is on track to be completed later this year with construction on the tower having reached the final floor. Till now the structure for the Elite Residence has used 85,000 cubic meters of concrete and 21,000 tonnes of steel. Construction during its peak progressed at a speed of up to 6 floors per month on typical floors.

Mr Federico Tauber president of Tameer said that “When complete the tower will stand at 381 meters which will position it as one of the tallest residential buildings in Dubai and the world and it will undoubtedly be one of the most sought after residential properties in the area.”

The 91 storey tower includes, four basements, a gymnasium, 3 swimming pools, recreation areas, sauna and steam rooms, jacuzzi’s, a children’s play area, a multi function room, a luxury reception and 24 hour security. The project provides a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 3 and 4 bedroom penthouses with a total of 697 apartments capable of housing 1,500 residents.

Elite Residence is located in Dubai Marina and enjoys panoramic views over The Palm Jumeirah and Marina and is just minutes away from Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and industry free zones Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and Jebel Ali.

Additionally, the high rise residential tower offers easy access to the Dubai Metro Red Line and is situated steps away from The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence with its abundance of quality hotels, restaurants and boutiques, in addition to an open beach with water sports facilities.
