A key sponsor of the 17th edition of the highly anticipated shopping festival, BurJuman has put together a fabulous line-up of entertainment and promotions under its DSF 2012 slogan ‘BurJuman Dazzles.’
Families looking to keep the kids entertained on those marathon shopping sprees can catch the Power Puff Girls live in concert at BurJuman. There’ll be loads of foot tapping activity as Bubbles, Buttercup and Blossom get glammed up to perform chart topping hits, with daily shows at 5:00pm, 6:30pm & 8:00pm followed by a 15-minute Meet & Greet (on a first-come-first-served basis) everyday from January 12th -21st, except on January 17th at the Observatory, BurJuman Mall. A special matinee Power Puff Girls Concert will also take place on January 14th at 12.45pm, followed by a 15-minute Meet & Greet.
This DSF, watch portraits of some of your favorite celebrity icons such as Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse, Michael Jackson, Lady Diana, Elvis Presley, Elizabeth Taylor and Marilyn Monroe being painted like never before as Columbian artist extraordinaire Jose Luis Quiceno brings an amazing display of performance art to BurJuman with ‘The Super Action Painter’. Each live painting session is interspersed with dance and gymnastics that add a distinctive flourish to the artist’s work. Quiceno will perform at the Observatory, BurJuman Mall at 5:45pm, 7:00pm and 8:30pm everyday from 26th to February 1st. More info
