ADTI’s booth will feature the revolutionary SkyNet LED media façade. Visitors to the booth will be able to see demonstrations of SkyNet and see firsthand its lightweight and true mesh design, making its flexibility and ease of installation key attributes of this proprietary technology.

Additionally, SkyNet will conduct its final testing phase in conjunction with the Dubai Metro’s new pedestrian sky bridges. Designed specifically for high performance in extreme climate conditions, including temperature variations ranging from -35C to +70C, SkyNet will endure Dubai’s harsh climate of intense sunlight, heat, wind, and dust, making it the ultimate test environment.

SkyNet displays mount high intensity LEDs on flexible, lightweight mesh architectures. This creates bright, full color video capability in excess of 8000 lumens per square meter allowing visibility in intense sunlight. The Dubai Metro installation will feature dynamic messaging of public information, promotional spots and commercial advertising – all remotely programmed and controlled.

“We are very excited with the prospects of SkyNet and are delighted to introduce its superior capabilities to Dubai, which are a natural compliment to its futuristic cityscape through dynamic public messaging and outdoor advertising,” added Mr. Shankle.

SkyNet’s flexible and lightweight mesh architecture allows it to easily fit the most difficult of architectural structures, including the newly-designed curved Metro bridge facades. This breathable design allows +50% transparency and easy retrofit installation for unique architectural applications.

In addition, its IP67 rating allows it to sustain 24/7/365 operations during the most extreme weather conditions in sand, dust or salt air. SkyNet has overcome the many design challenges in accommodating the bridge’s unique shape and size, including durability, performance, transparency, flexibility and brightness.
