Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced its support for ‘Cityscape Global 2017’, the 16th edition of the region’s premier real estate event.

During the three-day exhibition, which will take place from 11th to 13th September at the Dubai World Trade Center, DLD will be connecting with visitors to introduce them to the latest real estate services at platform SHA10 in the Sheikh Saeed Hall (Arena).

Sultan Butti bin Mejren, General Director of DLD, commented: “We are delighted to continue our support of ‘Cityscape Global’ as a strategic partner for the exhibition in 2017. Our presence will enhance transparency among investors and help exhibitors to abide by the regulations that are designed to protect the rights of all parties.”

DLD is participating under a ‘Build the Future’ theme, and will be seizing this opportunity to inform visitors about its programmes and strategic plan to establish a secure and sustainable real estate environment in Dubai. The exhibition will help DLD to spread awareness among various parties that are interested in Dubai’s real estate market.

Bin Mejren concluded by saying: “Our platform will be the first destination for visitors, especially those looking for investment opportunities as this year’s exhibition allows developers to sell on-site to their customers.

We will be contributing to achieving the objectives of the exhibition by spreading awareness of Dubai’s real estate culture, laws and legislation, and guiding visitors to use our smart applications and benefit from the services we provide to this sector. What matters to us most is ensuring that when investors are considering making a purchase, there are a set of convenient real estate procedures in place to facilitate the process.”  More info
