The cream on the cake for the New Year’s Eve celebration 2016 is the magnificent fireworks display, which will shower the city as the clock strikes 12am on January 1, 2016.
Officials at Emaar Downtown and Atlantis the Palm have confirmed that the NYE 2016 fireworks are going to be a spectacle bigger than the previous years.
While fireworks at the Burj Khalifa and Atlantis are the most sought after fireworks on NYE, Khaleej Times have put together a guide to view the best fireworks in town.
The world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa will light up with a spectacular fireworks display. Organisers have also announced that revellers will have a ‘surprise’, which will be revealed soon. Due to roadblocks by the Dubai Police, organisers have instructed people to reach the site as early as 6pm.
The event will also be live-streamed on MyDubaiNewYear.com, offering visitors the choice between 3 camera angles.
