Enabling works for Dubai’s Bloom Towers have commenced, the project’s developer announced.

National Piling is tasked with carrying out enabling works for the project, which is due to be completed by Q4 2020.

The three-tower mid-market development was launched at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017 this April.

Bloom Properties, part of Bloom Holding, is developing the residential development in the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) neighbourhood.

The 944-unit project marks Bloom Properties‘ second development in JVC.

Two of the development’s towers towers, which are allocated for sale, comprise 689 studio and one-bedroom apartments.

Bloom Towers will also feature residential amenities, including gyms, swimming pools, and children’s play areas. More info
