According to the statistics revealed by RTA’s Rail Agency, 97,527 passengers have used Dubai Metro on Sunday (Sept 20), first day of the Eid Holidays, between 10 stations on the Red Line of the Metro.
Dr. Aysha Al Busmait Director of RTA’s Customer Service Centers Department confirmed that the “Musanada Team” (Support) formed by the Department available at the metro stations since the beginning of the current week are progressively giving hand and support to the public, and the team members would be characterized with carrying “Ask Me” tags.
