The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has dedicated to its employees the ‘Flashes of Thought’ authored by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in a gesture reflecting RTA’s keenness to keep employees apprised of the vision and drive of our prudent leadership to up the public services on offer to customers.
HE Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the RTA, said, “The ‘Flashes of Thought’ book is a comprehensive reference for achieving excellence in public services provided to customers, as it defines the features of excelling and pioneering in delivering public services in future, which according to His Highness, should be on offer around-the-clock (e-services, via smart phones). HH envisages the delivery of a superb five-star service in one & easily accessible centre so as to achieve the government’s objective of bringing happiness and a smooth living experience to the community.” Al Tayer reiterated RTA’s keenness to keep the 2nd & 3rd line leaders informed and fully cognizant of the goals of the UAE wise leadership to implement them as required.”
