The Human Resources and Development Department at RTA’s the Administrative Support Services Sector organized a lecture on the latest version of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, entitled (Flashes of Thought), which records the talk session of His Highness during the Government Summit held last February, in order to promote the valuesmentioned in the book and transfer them to staff.
Ms. Kawther Kazim, Director of Human Resources and Development stated that organizing such initiative for employees comes as part of a series of lectures organized this current year that will cover various sectors, agencies and departments at the Authority, out of the keenness of the senior leadership in the Authority in general, and the creative team in Human Resources and Development Department, in particular, on the transfer of meanings and rich and diverse values carried in the content of the book (Flashes of Thought) to the largest possible number of staff in order to introduce them to His Highness’ wise vision about the need to provide the finest and best services for employees so as to ensure their happiness and well-being together, planting hard work dedication and present more giving and dedication to their work.
She added: The book is considered a valuable encyclopedia that holds between its covers His Highness’ vast and various experiences that should be conveyed and taught for all generations, in addition, the book combines the thought and creativity and includes opinions and ideas that reinforce a culture of leadership and proper management, which will contribute to its adoption  in order to reach the highest levels of excellence and innovation at work, to the benefit of and interest of the society.
Kazim stressed on the need for the various external entities to hold such meetings with their staff in order to mainstream interest from the book to the largest possible number of members of the society to realize the true value of the meaning of success and excellence. More info
