DUBAI — Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), has inaugurated a new electronic system for following-up the implementation of the Strategic Plan, departments’ performance indicators and project implementation plans (Adaa).
He said the system offers an integrated platform for all types of performance indicators in the RTA, sectors, agencies and department levels.
“The new system offers decision makers permanent access to the results of agencies and sectors such that they can make appropriate directives thereon, and provides them with a historical database encompassing all combined results and analysis needed for reviewing and updating the strategic plan. The system also saves the time required for issuing periodic reports of measuring corporate performance,” Al Tayer said.
