His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, launched The World Green Economy Organisation “WGEO”, based in Dubai, in a move that aims to promote green economy concept regionally and globally.
Sheikh Mohammed said that the new organisation will be supported and encouraged by governments and international organisations, and he expressed his confidence that countries will join the WGEO, which is tasked to facilitate dialogue between countries and provide supports and technical assistance to its members.
