Inflation might have hit Dubai, but it hasn’t stopped a Russian woman from reserving AED98,400 ($26,790) set of Louis Vuitton boots in a Dubai Mall boutique.
A sales person at the boutique told Emirates 24/7 that their most expensive boots are a limited edition pair made from alligator skin.
“A Russian lady has booked it,” she said.
The sales person also added that a custom-made belt of alligator skin, included in the Louis Vuitton limited edition collection, is priced at AED13,000. More info
