Free public parking has been announced during Eid Al Adha celebrations in Dubai, with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) also unveiling the timings of its different services during the holiday period.
Timings will be changed for customers’ happiness centers, public car parks, public buses, Dubai Metro, Dubai Tram, marine transit modes, driving institutes, and vehicles testing and registration centers.
Moaza Al Marri, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication, RTA Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector, said: “Customers’ happiness centers will be off duty during Eid al-Adha holiday from Sunday September 11th and will resume duty on Sunday September 18th 2016.
“All paid parking zones in Dubai will be free of charge except for the parking lots of the Fish Market and the multi-level parking terminal starting from Sunday September 11; fees will be activated on the Saturday, September 17.” More info
