Abdullah Al Mahra, Director of Administrative Services, Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector, was delighted with the cooperation between the RTA and DEWA on the grounds that they are both pioneering entities offering ongoing & basic services to Dubai residents & the business community, in line with the current upswing witnessed by the UAE in general and Dubai in particular.

The Customers Service Department, Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), stresses that customers do come first in the business of the RTA; which assigns paramount attention to this aspect through handling customer requests in a highly professional manner and full respect in order to process them in the shortest time possible with high accuracy and transparency such that customers feel satisfied and that they really come first i.e. to ensure that such an exercise lives up to one of the strategic goals the RTA is seeking to materialize in the interest of all spectrums of the community.

The workshop was held at the RTA's main headquarters in the presence of Mr. Yousif Al Ali, CEO of Public Transportation Agency at the RTA, Mrs. Eman Al Suwaidi Director of Dubai Model Center, in addition to a host of departments' managers and officers from both parties.

His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai, announced the introduction of the staggered hours (flexible working hours) for RTA employees as this Monday.

Belrimaitha Club saw the final of Ramadan Football Tournament organized by the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) featuring participation of all RTA agencies & sector over a week. The events were played in teams divided in two groups, each group comprises 4 teams.
