The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has recently received a number of students from Al Hudaybiyah and Sara Primary Schools (1st Cycle) in Dubai in the context of 'Read More' initiative, which is continuing to roll on this year with the aim of boosting the skills of students and urging them to acquire different sorts of books and stories that contribute to furthering their intellectual abilities.

Dr. Aysha Al Busmait, Director of the marketing &corporate communication, Chairwoman of Woman Committee, Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) recently received a delegation of Al Dana Woman Committee, Rashid Hospital, Dubai Health Authority to review the key achievements made by RTA Woman Committee over the past few years.

The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has accompanied a number of children of its male and female employees aged 8 to 14 ages to watch a 3-D cartoon film entitled "Nuts Crusher" shown as part of the Dubai International Film Festival held at the Madinat Jumeirah under the theme "Bridging Cultures, Meeting Minds", with the aim of stimulating children's science fiction and acquiring various life skills.

A delegation from the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) visited the Social Welfare Home for Boys and Girls in Sharjah in the context of the community-oriented initiatives undertaken by the RTA, including "We make your wish" initiative which provides access to an important community segment with the aim of identifying and achieving their wishes & aspirations, and accordingly motivate and reward them to continue giving and becoming active members in the community.

The General Supervisor of Al Masar Magazine Dr. Aysha Al Busmait said: “The initiative aims at embedding technical writing skills in the affiliated individuals and develop the abilities of writing about activities and media events through exposing them to a series of training workshops run by the Editorial family of Al Masar Magazine, who have extensive experience in both media and training.

The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has embarked on a program to motivate front-end employees based on the extent of care accorded to customers under the overall objective of the RTA to achieve higher customer service and customer satisfaction rating.

Dr. Aysha Al Busmait, Director of Customer Service Dep't, Chairman of Women's Committee at Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), commended the support and patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler Dubai along with Their Highnesses Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates, to the UAE Women Empowerment drive. She thanked Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bin Mubarak, Supreme Chairwoman of Family Development Foundation, Chairwoman of UAE General Women's Union, for Her Highness attention and constant follow up of the UAE Women Progress, to which she has accorded full attention and support.

The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has embarked on the implementation of Universal Centers & Universal Employee plan as part of its strategic plan that aims at meeting customer requirements and offering top-class services through shifting its services to strategic locations and placing them at centers shared with other government bodies.
